To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay and/or rescheduling is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Walk in appointments will be accommodated to the best of our ability during stationary morning clinic hours but please be advised that except for true emergencies, scheduled appointments take priority.
We know that your time is valuable and we will make every effort to be on time for house/kennel calls in the afternoons. There may be occasions where reproductive emergencies or traffic problems cause a delay in our arrival but we will always try to keep you informed of our status and give you the opportunity to reschedule if needed!
For the safety of all animals in our care and our staff, we require that all vaccinations be up to date or that we have proof of adequate vaccine titers before any procedures are performed or a pet is admitted for boarding.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks.
We love our referral patients! If we are not your primary care provider, we ask that you either email or bring current copies of vaccine/titer/pertinent medical history to your first appointment as well as the contact information for your primary care provider so that we can forward any medical records at your request.
